went to the bike store to buy a bike tube

i guess what kind of valve i have; i think (but am not completely sure) that i am correct. i hope the diameter or whatever is right too.

the man at the bike store is fresh out of tire levers
whatever those are.

he finds his lack of inventory embarrassing and offers me 50% off the levers whenever those go back in stock.

i will take him up on that offer
i will save those two dollars

but now i trawl the vast ocean of in(ternet)formation for the fish I need: how to get a tire off of one’s bike sans that ubiquitous commodity, tire levers.
